Overview
The Bible Society of Zambia (BSZ) was established in 1966. Its mandate is to spread the Good News of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by translating, producing and distributing Scriptures. The Bible Society of Zambia is a member of the Global Fellowship of the United Bible Societies (UBS) which consists of over 147 national Bible Societies established in 1946.
The Bible Society of Zambia seeks to employ an IT Officer
Information Technology Officer

Academics
Must at least have a degree in Computer Science and/or other relevant qualifications: Strong Theological training background with the required IT qualification would be an added advantage: At Least three (3) years of experience in a reputable organization with advantage of having worked in an NGO.

Skills
Competence in Website design and maintenance and other related computer skills: Ability to work and interact with faith based organizations plus experience working with Church related projects; Must be a fast learner who should be ready to learn all the Translation Software used in Bible Translation: A broad understanding of IT operations in an organization: Ability to troubleshoot IT software challenges; Must be ready to handle online digital Library and should have good knowledge of E-commerce.
Other Must be a Christian of good standing in his/her Church supported by a letter of reference from the church: a valid driving license; Age: 30-40 years
