REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Grade 12 certificate with credit or better in Mathematics and English
• Tertiary education in any related course
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Must be able to have and follow a complete daily and weekly plan.
• Coordinate and dispatch vehicles to complete the delivery plan and installation plan
• High standards of quality control and supervision
• Familiarity with the vehicle, when the vehicle has a problem, must know how to deal with it
• Vehicle maintenance time, maintenance, annual inspection, insurance, road maintenance fees, vehicle related issues.
• Ability to plan and follow daily and weekly delivery and installation programs and standards • Continuous improvement mentality
• Desire to help grow and develop the program and the business
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and on time
• Strong attention to detail and desire to “do things right the first time”
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to safely operate all tools and equipment in the fabricating shop and on the installation site
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team

• Minimum of 3 years work experience working for a kitchen installer company.
• Valid Driver’s License required with minimum 3 years work experience
