JOB DETAILS:
What you would be expected to do:
• Installation Support: Assist the Senior Engineer in the installation of Sun King solar products, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
• Installer Training: Help train installers on the installation and maintenance of solar systems, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Technical Audits: Conduct on-site and remote technical audits to evaluate the performance and condition of installed solar products.
• Installation Coordination: Keep track of pending installations, communicate with clients, and coordinate installation schedules with the installation team.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Assist in diagnosing and repairing solar systems, including troubleshooting common technical issues.
• Data Management: Maintain detailed records of installations, audits, repairs, and scheduling to ensure all tasks are tracked and reported accurately.
• Customer Support: Provide technical support and respond to inquiries from customers and installers regarding system operation and maintenance.

You might be a strong candidate if you:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (solar energy background preferred).
• Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and components, including installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to assist in coordinating installations and team activities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel to installation sites when required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic technical tools for remote audits.
• Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of solar product maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while taking direction from the Senior Engineer.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with electrical or solar installations (preferred).
