JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a fresh graduate to design and code functional programs and applications. You will work as part of a team and individually with little supervision.
You must have excellent knowledge of at least one programming language and familiar with a variety of operating systems and platforms. You will also have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.
The goal is to write "clean" and flawless code to produce fully functional software applications targeted at improving livelihoods of smallholder farmers.

.Responsibilities:
1). Plan and implement new designs aimed at improving livelihoods of smallholder farmers
2). Design creative prototypes according to specifications
3). Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
4). Perform unit and integration testing before launch
5). Conduct functional and non-functional testing
6). Troubleshoot and debug applications
7). Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
8). Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code

Requirements:
1). Proven experience as application developer
2). Experience in designing and building applications
3). Ability to program in at least one programming language such as C#, Java (J2EE) etc.
4). In-depth knowledge of programming in appsheet and other diverse platforms using development tools
5). Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.
6). A team player with excellent communication skills
7). Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
8). Great attention to detail and time-management skills
9). Diploma in computer science or relevant field; BSc/BA will be appreciated
10). Certified application developer is a plus
