Overview:
• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in dynamic environments, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a proven track record of effective inventory management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and collaborating with various departments to meet our inventory needs.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.
2. Monitor inventory levels, trends, and demand patterns to make informed purchasing decisions.
3. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance departments to forecast inventory needs accurately.
4. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and regularly update the inventory database/system.
5. Lead and mentor the inventory team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
6. Implement efficient inventory control processes to prevent stock-outs, overstock situations, and shrinkage.
7. Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
8. Identify and address operational inefficiencies in the inventory management process.
9. Generate comprehensive reports on inventory performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience in inventory management.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
4. Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
7. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
