THE NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY (NHIMA)
INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)
The National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA) has reserved funds through the 2024 budgetary allocation and now invites bids from eligible Citizen and Local bidders to tender for the following:
Provision of Air Travel Management Services on a One (1) Year Framework Contract- NHI/OBN/S/02/2024, - Closing Date: 20th May 2024 at 10:30hrs,
Supply, Delivery, and Installation of an Enterprise Network Equipment, Accessories and Licenses for the National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA) - NHI/OBN/G/04/2024, - Closing Date: 17 May 2024 at 10:30hrs, and
Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Servers and Storage for the Production and Disaster Recovery (DR) Sites for the National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA) - NHI/OBN/G/03/2024, - Closing Date: 17 May 2024 at 10:30hrs.
The tenders have been floated on the Zambia Public Procurement Authority's (ZPPA) e-Government Procurement (e-GP) system as defined in the Bidding Documents.
Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding (OBN) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 8 of 2020 as amended by Act No.17 of 2023 and the Public Procurement Regulations SI 30 of 2022.
