INVITATION TO REGISTER AS SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PARTNERSHIPS FOR MUNICIPAL INNOVATION – WOMEN IN LOCAL LEADERSHIP PROJECT
The Local Government Association of Zambia (LGAZ) in collaboration with the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) is implementing the Partnerships for Municipal Innovation – Women in Local Leadership (PMI-WILL) project with financial support from the Canadian government through Global Affairs Canada. PMI-WILL is a 6-year (2021-2027) project designed to enhance the enjoyment of rights for women and girls from marginalised groups through a double-pronged approach centered on the following intermediate outcomes:
a) Increased participation of women, particularly those from marginalised groups, as leaders and decision-makers in local governance.
b) Strengthened capacities of local authorities to plan and deliver inclusive, gender-responsive services.
To ensure effective delivery of the project, LGAZ is inviting reputable companies and individuals to register as suppliers and service providers for the period 2024 to 2026 in the following categories:
Category A: Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
Category B: Travel
Category C: Printing and Communication
Category D: Consultancy/Training Services
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Interested applicants are required to send an application letter via email to info@lgazambia.org.zm clearly stating “registration of supplier or service provider– (insert category of interest)” in the subject line e.g., “registration as consultant/training – category 4”.
An application letter should be accompanied by the following documents:
