The Zambia Red Cross Society invites suppliers to submit their bid as per instructions specified in this IFB for Framework Agreement and the attached annexes. It is strongly recommended that this invitation to Bid document and its annexes are read thoroughly. Failure to observe the information and conditions laid out here may impact the evaluation process:

DURATION OF FRAMEWORK: Agreement is 24 months with possible extension of additional 24 months.

THE CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS 13th November 2024 AT 14:00 HRS

The “Declaration or Undertaking” document must be completed and signed, sent acknowledging the Bid and confirming intent to Bid or not.

The tenders shall be submitted in English only.

The onus will be on the tenderer to ensure that his tender is correctly marked, addressed so as to reach the above address in due time.

Sealed and clearly marked bids with the following subject title:
