ZAMBEEF now invites bids for the supply of washed coal peas for its ongoing production requirements in the Stock feed, Poultry, Hatchery and Pork divisions.

Should you be interested in undertaking this supply, you are invited to submit your sealed bids containing information that clearly demonstrates that you possess the capacity to supply alongside the following documents at minimum:

1. Company Profile;

2. Tax Clearance certificate;

3. Company registration documents showing ownership of the company;

4. At least 3 traceable trade references that you have supplied with the relevant materials in the last 12 months;

5. Specification of coal supplied;

6. Price per metric tonne - on both delivered and self-collection basis.

Your proposal will only be considered if the outlined requirements indicated in the advertisement are met.

Further, the Proposal must be signed by a duly authorised signatory of the applicant where the applicant is a company or partnership.

Proposals can be submitted via email to tenders@zambeef.co.zm or mailed to the address below. Deadline for submission of tenders is 30th March 2023. Tenders received beyond this date will not be accepted.
