JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for skilled and dedicated staff to join our multi-shop panel beating setup in Chingola. If you have experience in the panel beating and paint industry, we encourage you to apply for the following positions:

Available Positions
1. Panel Shop Supervisor (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the panel beating and paint shop.
• Supervise and coordinate workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor job progress and maintain quality control.
• Manage stock levels for panel beating and paint supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in panel beating and automotive paint industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Knowledge of panel beating materials and equipment.

2. Office Secretary (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
• Handle administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails.
• Maintain office records and filing systems.
• Process invoices, quotations, and job cards.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer inquiries.
• Maintain a well-organized and professional office environment.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in an office administration or secretarial role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

3. Panel Beater (Full-Time / Part-Time, 2 Positions)
Responsibilities:
• Repair damaged vehicle body panels to factory standards.
• Remove dents, straighten frames, and replace damaged parts.
• Work with hand tools and power equipment for body repairs.
• Ensure precision in shaping and alignment of vehicle structures.

Requirements:
• Qualified panel beater with relevant experience.
• Skilled in using panel beating tools and welding techniques.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.

4. Apprentice Panel Beaters & Spray Painters (2 Positions, Preferred 2nd Year Onwards)
Responsibilities:
• Assist senior panel beaters and spray painters in vehicle repairs.
• Learn and develop skills in panel beating and spray painting techniques.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety procedures.

Requirements:
• 2nd-year apprentices or above in panel beating or spray painting preferred.
• Passionate about learning and growing in the automotive repair industry.
• Willingness to work under supervision and develop technical skills.
