JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
• We are seeking a Junior Accountant with exceptional skills in QuickBooks and comprehensive knowledge of other accounting software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing insightful financial information, all while demonstrating expertise in QuickBooks and proficiency in other accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage accurate financial records.
Use QuickBooks for accounts payable and receivable, invoice management, and other accounting functions.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Conduct bank statement reconciliations and ledger account reconciliations with precision.
Utilize various accounting software to optimize financial processes and reporting.
Support budget preparation and expense monitoring activities.
Adhere to financial policies, regulations, and best practices in accounting.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Junior Accountant, with a strong emphasis on QuickBooks.
Experience with accounting software (such as Sage, Zoho, Palladium, or Odoo) is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Analytical and numerical proficiency.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
