JOB DETAILS:
Junior Supervisor- Tyre Management
Reports to: Superintendent/Mechnical Engineer
Job Purpose:
To execute/ Manage the tyre management safely and efficiently for HEMM & LV equipment’s
Principle Accountabilities
• Keep the record for daily tire pressure inspection and top up.
• Carry out all tire thickness measurement on weekly/monthly basis and maintain the record.
• Maintain the record for tire rotation
• Planning & Coordination with Mechanical Engineer/Section Engineer for 3 months tyre requirements and track the same.
• Perform preventative and regular maintenance on compressors and lifting tools & tackles

Qualifications & Experience
• Grade 12 certificate
• Should have a trade test certificate from a recognized institute or company in tire fitting
• Should have a minimum of 8 to 10 years & above working experience in OTR tyre experience with hot and cold repair/maintenance/heavy duty tire management
• Valid silicosis certificate.
• Valid driving Licence
• Must be physically fit with basic mechanical knowledge.
• Must be honest and trustworthy.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision,
• Good command of both oral and written communication.
The company provides single status accommodation at the mine site.
