Key Accounts Officer
• The Zambian Business Times – ZBT, a specialized business multi-media company is offering career opportunities for young, energetic, qualified and ambitious individuals to join our Sales team at our head office in Lusaka.
• Are you seeking a challenging role in the dynamic environment of business media? If Yes, then Join our team at ZBT as Key Accounts Officer.

Responsibilities:
• Building new corporate and SME client relationships
• Assist in managing key client accounts ensuring their needs are met.
• Handle Invoicing, billing and financial transactions related to key accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to optimize revenue and client success
• Generate reports on Account performance and propose strategic improvements

Requirements
• Proven experience (3+ years) as key accounts assistant or similar role within the media or related industry.
• Strong Organizational and communication skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven, attention to detail, flexible and quick learner
• Strong client focus and ability to develop client relationships
• Computer literate, ambitious and able to meet targets
• Diploma or Degree with a valid driver’s license an added advantage
