Overview:
As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, supporting kitchen staff in various tasks, and contributing to the smooth functioning of our culinary operations.

Qualifications:
• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Certification in General Hospitality or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is beneficial
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness standards
• Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Assist kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks
• Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment
• Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling and sanitation
