JOB DETAILS:
Fountain Gate Crafts & Trades School (FGCATS) will be offering Crafts and Trades courses in Bricklaying and Masonry and Engineering Technology. The School is located along Great East Road about 12 kilometers from the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport roundabout towards Chongwe district.
The Institution invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following vacancies under Level 4 Craft Certificate at its campus along Great East road.
Reporting to: Head of School
Location: Silverest area
Purpose of the position: To Instruct, Train and Examine electives in the Craft Certificate TEVET qualification in Bricklaying and Masonry.
About the candidate: The job candidate should be a passionate and dedicated advocate for Crafts and Trades in general. The Lecturer will teach individuals from all walks of life and as such will need to have experience in the progression of these students from both in class teaching as well as hands on training.

Lecturer – Bricklaying and Masonry (1 position)
• Must Have – Valid TEVETA accreditation as an Instructor, Trainer and Examiner in Bricklaying and Plastering/ Masonry (Determinant)
• A minimum of a Craft Certificate in Bricklaying and Plastering or Equivalent/ Related qualification from a reputable institution
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in a TVET institution
• Valid Teaching/ Education Training

Job Experience: No Requirements

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
