JOB DETAILS:
Oak University is a growing University in the heart of Lusaka. We are looking to fill the following various lecturing positions on a part-time basis;
Lecturers- School of Business
• ACCA
• CIMA
• ZICA
• CIPS
• Accounts
• Economics
• Purchasing and Supply
• Marketing
• Computer Science

Duties and responsibilities
• Effectively provide student instruction, teaching and assessments using online tools.
• Develop a schedule consisting of termly lesson schedules that include demonstrations, handouts, tests and assignments.
•
• Make sure that the subject matter is presented effectively and content is readily accessible to students.
• Providing worksheets and handouts allowing students to test their knowledge.
• Prepare complete worksheets and answers for assessment tests and availing these to students for them to make comparisons and corrections.
• Develop evaluation to assess each student’s performance and progress.
• Assess students’ work against plagiarism.
• Maintain assessment records for all students.
• Provide hours for consultation with students using online tools.

Qualifications
• Grade 12 certificate
• Must have Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree in the respective teaching area.
• Must a corresponding Master of Science or Master of Arts Degree in the respective teaching area
• Associate Member of ZICA/CIMA/ACCA/CIM/ZIM/CIPS/ZIPS
• 3 years lecturing experience
• Experience teaching online will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft office-excel, word and use of power point
• A PhD or DBA will be an added advantage
• Teaching methodology certificate will be an added advantage
• School of Humanities and Social Sciences
