KSM Management Consultants, the largest HR firm in Zambia recently acquired GOZAMBIAJOBS.CO.ZM, becoming the largest recruitment platform in the country and is now actively looking to recruit on behalf of a client in the Tourism Industry.

KSM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT wishes to invite suitably qualified and experienced Zambian nationals to fill the above position.
Reporting to the Licensing Manager, the Licensing officer will undertake the licensing of tourism enterprises to ensure compliance to statutory requirements and enhance competitiveness in the industry.

Principle Accountabilities:
• Undertakes regularly the conduct of research on regional tourism and related matters in order to facilitate decision making.
• Undertakes effectively the licensing of tourism enterprises in the region in order to ensure compliance to statutory requirements.
• Undertakes regularly the conduct of inspections of tourism enterprises in the region in order to ensure compliance to standards and requirements.
• Undertakes regularly the conduct of inspections of tourism enterprises in the region in order to ensure compliance to standards and requirements.
• Undertakes periodically the maintenance of the licensing database in order to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of information for decision making.
• Undertakes regularly the conduct of tourism licensing and standards capacity building programmes to tourism enterprises in the region in order to ensure adherence to standards.

Qualifications and Personal attributes:
• Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Degree in Tourism, Business, Social Sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2years work experience.
• Able to write technical and analytical reports.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Computer literate. Interpersonal skills. Research skills.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
