Internship Opportunity: Loan Credit Officer – Lusaka Based
Attention recent graduates in Lusaka! We’re offering an internship position as a Loan Credit Officer within our Operations and Credit department.

Responsibilities :
• Ensuring all required loan documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring the performance of existing loans by reviewing repayment schedules, tracking payment status, and identifying potential delinquencies or defaults.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with borrowers, providing assistance as needed, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Contacting debtors to discuss their payment status.
• Negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Developing strategies to recover overdue payments effectively.

Requirements And Skills :
• Recent graduate with a degree in any business-related field.
• Ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment with stringent deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and database usage.
• Demonstrated capability to maintain politeness and empathy while ensuring confidence.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
