It focuses on consumer lending, small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) lending, commercial lending, rural lending, invoice discounting, financial literacy and allied value-added services.

Loans Sales Executives (2)
Purpose of the Job
To market and sell the loan products effectively to Corporate Institutions, individuals and SMEs. To ensure that all loan application forms are executed accordingly. To be a self-starter and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.. .

Job Responsibilities:
• To help the clients in understanding all the procedures involved in the loan process, the way an application form should be filled, the terms and conditions involved in the process and various other factors and ensures that no question from the client is left unanswered.
• To interview the prospective clients, to determine the needs of the consumer and to get details about the information pertinent to the loan application
• To gather the financial details of the client and to suggest the accurate loan product that suits their requirements
• To provide knowledge to the clients regarding how the credit quality can be improved in case a loan needs to be approved in the near future by the lender
• To ensure data integrity in the system by entering accurate data into the system and making sure that the loan agreements are complete and accurate
• To promotes and markets the other products and services of the organization that would best suit the needs of the customer.
• To makes efforts to retain the customers who have requested to cancel their loans or have requested payoffs.
• To provides the crucial information of the clients and the pertinent data to support the marketing and sales activities.
• To be responsible for collecting the financial and personal information of the client and reviews previous financial records and history to determine how much loan amount can be allotted to the customer and ability to pay it back.

Job Qualifications:
• Grade 12 School Certificate with credits in English and Mathematics
• Degree/Diploma holder in business/ marketing/A.B.E and must have knowledge of accounting
• Experience in marketing/sales in loans and/or insurance would be an added advantage.
