Lodge Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Lodge Manager to oversee operations at our Lodge. You will coordinate the daily functions of the departments. Your job duties include scheduling staff, developing budgets, streamlining operations to reduce expenses and maximize revenues, and responding to problems that may arise on the grounds. Providing excellent customer service in line with our Lodge mission and vision is our top priority. We expect our Lodge Manager to ensure customers are satisfied with their stay.

Lodge Manager Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate front-office activities; resolve guest issues as well as problems among staff.
• Respond to inquiries regarding Lodge services, amenities, and policies in s timely manner.
• Assign duties to and schedule shifts for Lodge employees, supervise and evaluate Lodge staff and provide training for them on a regular basis.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures (systems) to ensure that the Lodge facility operates smoothly.
• Inspect the property daily to ensure the facility operates efficiently and within the guidelines of all policies and procedures.
• Participate in financial activities and monitor the facility’s revenue, including setting room rates, establishing budgets, and allocating funds to departments.
• Procure supplies and obtain outside services as necessary, including trash collection.
• Provide reports to the Lodge directors regularly.

Lodge Manager Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Lodge management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to provide superior customer service.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills; capable of making quick yet sound judgments and decisions.

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education:
Bachelor Degree
