JOB DETAILS:
Do You Have What It Takes?
The LOGISTICS DISPATCH CLERK will be responsible for operating the fleet management to help ensure the safe execution of daily mine plans to deliver and meet plant requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist Operations staff with documentation collection and follow-up;
• Printing loading bills for trucks loading various products
• Assist Operations staff with organizing, compiling, and processing customer and vendor information in the ERP system
• Answer and direct incoming phone and email traffic from drivers and sales personnel.
• Prepare cumulative orders report at the end of the shift.
• Collaborating with other line departments when necessary.
• Source for t3pl trucks to deliver cement within Zambia
• Reconciling monthly statements with transporters
• Ability to work beyond normal work hours preferably via mobile.

Education & Experience
• Certificate in logistics and transport
• Must have at least One year experience in a relevant field
• Must be a recognized member of the chartered institute of Logistics and Transport Zambia.
• Should have a valid occupational health and safety certificate (silicosis)
• Good records management
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• High level of organization to retrieve, process, and report information
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Must be dependable and Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own time.
