• Records management for all procurement activities
• Data base management fir suppliers and contractors
• Handling of incoming requisitions from user department.
• Facilitating requisitions selecting and sourcing the right suppliers.
• Buyer- supplier relationships.
• Facilitating procurement meetings and report writing.
• Procurement planning
• Preparation of bid documents
LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT OFFICER RESPONSIBILITY
• Shall be In charge of all travels in the organization
• Facilitate the logistics
• Update fuel and flight expenses
• Maintain all records
