JOB DETAILS:
Key job duties are to inspect and repair various energy systems, such as: the heating and cooling systems, plumbing, lighting, and kitchen equipment. Will also assist with repairing floors, roofs, and doors and installing new products, such as windows, carpets, and light fixtures.
Qualifications for this career include skills such as mechanical aptitude, organization, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
Applicants must have a technical qualification/certificate in one or more of the following: plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
