JOB DETAILS:
• Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, the jobholder will be responsible for managing the business performance data insights and analytics management processes within the Bank and presenting it in a way that facilitates and improves the quality of the decisions being made to enhance the Bank’s profitability and productivity.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Informatics, or similar degree.
• Professional Data Management qualifi- cation
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant data and analytics experience.

Skills Required to Undertake the Role:
• Proactive, hands-on manager who will own, in partnership with the Head of Finance, responsibility for manage- ment information systems for the Finance Department.
• Strategic thinker who possesses solid business and technical acumen and can organise and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent Communication skills both oral and written English and the ability to interact effectively with others, both internally and externally.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while main- taining accuracy and quality
• Proven ability to make complex and time-sensitive decisions in the best interests of the Bank
• Teamwork
• Analytical skills
• Listening skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Bank’s data Information systems and architecture, as well as knowledge of the banking industry, including the applicable regulations and guidelines.
