JOB DETAILS:
• 4-6 years of experience Managing a Technical Department-Large Meat & Food Processing Equipment (90%) & Beverage Coolers/Freezers (10%).
• Good Understanding of Processing Equipment Technical Complexities. Prior hands-on technical experience as a Technician desirable.
• 3-5 years Hands-on Inventory & Man Management experience. Staff Management, Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring-5+. Ability to read, understand and decipher technical/equipment part drawings.
• Hands-on, Technically Competent, Mathematically-sound Person. Good Communication Skills-dealing with off-shore Suppliers. Administratively Strong- Job Cards/Invoices/Cost Control/Inventory Control/Budgets.
• Computer Literate & Advanced MS Office & particularly Excel. Take personal pride in ACCURACY.
• Resourceful & Enquiring-Ability to “think out of the box for solutions”.
