JOB DETAILS:
Hover Taxi Ltd is a new upcoming Taxi Ride Hailing Application that will offer Taxi Booking Services through the provision of the App. We intend to provide our services to different types of customers such as business men and women, Government and Private companies workers, Students, Tourists, Pupils and other interested travellers. In order to achieve our main objectives and vision of providing quality and affordable Taxi Services to our customers, we are looking for self-oriented, qualified and dedicated Zambian citizens to apply for the following job opportunity that is vacant at our Head Office in Lusaka.
Marketing & Customer Care Officer

Duties
• Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of publicity materials of hover taxi
• Represent the company at events
• Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target clients
• Write, edit and proofread marketing material for use in different channels
• Oversee and update the Facebook and website(s)
• Attend to TV/Radio selling presentations e.g ZNBC, Diamond TV, Prime TV and other redio stations.
• Analyse the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports
• Attend to all customers

Qualifications
• Diploma in marketing/Business Management/Public Administration
• 2 years working experience

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
