Reporting tothe Marketing Coordinator, you will be involved in timely and efficient execution of the copper concentrate dispatch activities on site (preparations, trucks capturing, loading, weighing, and dispatching of haulage trucks) on a shift basis by providing logistical support to achieve concentrate delivery services.

Your duties will include but not limited to the following:
• Provide support and assistance in managing Copper concentrate loading activities, starting with daily truck requirement planning, capturing, and monitoring.
• Prepare and distribute accurate sample lists to the relevant Lab personnel for sample analysis details reconciliation
• Support in ensuring that the truck weights comply with the allowed GVM and statutory weights for trucks using Zambian roads to avoid overload penalties
• Assist in timely loading and dispatches of haulage trucks and achieve planned turn-around times of trucks within the process plant.
• Provide support in carrying out delivery reconciliation of the weights, moistures, and assay results for payable metals using the Lab reports and reports from the smelters and update relevant month to date reports while doing weekly reconciliation with process plant Mets.

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Degree in Commercial related field
• Excellent verbal written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good planning and organisation skills.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft packages; Excel, Power Point and Word)
