JOB DETAILS:
Bwangu-Bwangu Pickup & Delivery is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Volunteer Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a volunteer, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our platform and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. social media, email, content marketing)
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to produce promotional materials and product presentations
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new marketing technologies.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
• Proven marketing experience,
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g. social media management tools, email marketing software)
• Creativity and a strong sense of brand identity
• A team player who is passionate about making a positive impact in their community

• Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM)
• 2 years relevant experience
