Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all outreach activities ensuring the target market is captured
• In charge of business development and retailer relationship management
• Plan and design marketing solutions that effectively promote the company’s products and services
• Carry out market research to uncover new business opportunities
• Produce the weekly and monthly Sales and Distribution report
• Prepare sales forecasts and draw up distribution plans
• Liaise with the Marketing and Operations Director for forecasts taking market demand and sales budgets into consideration
• Implement the distribution plan based on the demand forecast Complete other tasks related to the position

Job Requirements
• Candidates should possess a relevant Degree Level qualification
• Have a minimum of 4 years of sales and marketing experience
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing
• Clean Driver’s License with at least 2 years of experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other related computer applications
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to work under minimum supervision

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
