• The Zambia Institute for Medical and Psychological Studies (ZIMPS) is a Zambian higher learning institution located in Lusaka. The Institute offers Nursing, Health Sciences, Psychological & Mental Health, and Medical programs that are registered with Higher Education Authority, accredited by Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia, Zambia Counseling Council, University of Zambia Department of Medicine, and the Ministry of Health Zambia Mental Health Training Unit. ZIMPS is committed to becoming the center of excellence for nursing, medical, and psychological studies training. The Institute provides fully and partially funded scholarships and corporate employee assistance in mental health and drug abuse programs.

Role Description
• This is a contract, on-site role for a Marketing Manager at ZIMPS in Lusaka. The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract students, and increase revenue. The Marketing Manager will work with ZIMPS staff to create marketing materials, manage social media accounts, and coordinate events and campaigns to promote ZIMPS programs and services. The Marketing Manager will also analyze market trends and provide recommendations for opportunities to expand ZIMPS reach and engagement.

Qualifications
Marketing and Communication Skills:
• Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience in utilizing digital marketing tools and analytics

Leadership and Collaboration Skills:
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work collaboratively with ZIMPS faculty and staff to achieve marketing goals

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in higher education marketing is preferred
• Proficiency in local languages is a plus
• Passionate about education and healthcare
