JOB DETAILS:
• A highly reputable hospital is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified individual for the position of “Marketing Officer”.

Job Responsibilities:
• Managing and developing marketing campaigns.
• Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
• Conducting promotional activities.
• Organizing and distributing financial and statistical information.
• Overseeing campaigns on social media.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.

Other:
1. Perform any other lawful duties as assigned.

Qualification and Skills:
• Diploma in marketing, communications or related.
• Minimum of 2 years proven work experience in marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
• Solid understanding of research techniques.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
• Must be a fully registered Member of Zambia Institute of Marketing.
