JOB DETAILS:
A reputable Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Company is looking to employ a Marketing and Operations Manager to run its daily business function.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop a growth strategy focused on customer satisfaction
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after sale support
• Develop long term relationships with new and existing customers
• Establish a special clientele with whom pick-ups and delivery of garments will be done
• Capacity to cut cost in Acquisition of laundry chemicals and other required items
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS
• Proven track record in similar industry
• Can work under minimal supervision
• Ability to build rapport
• Must be an honest person
• Must possess a driver’s license
• Must possess a certificate/diploma in marketing or any relevant field.
