JOB DETAILS:
Job description：
1. Product management: product information list sorting, product upload and removal
2, Business school courseware management, lecturer review and incentive management, learning progress control, and test result output.
3. Intergral management: gift loading and unloading, exchange order management, gift management, gift delivery follow-up
4. Dealer/shopping guide/fundi user management: group management, notification, annual/monthly operation target achievement, data sorting, feedback to the headquarters for changes in terminal dealsers and shopping guides.
5. Assist local shooting of cases
6. Collect and sort out problems in the using process
7. Proficient in VOSA system and guide customers to use APP; solve all problems encountered by customers in using VOSA system
Qualification:
1. Experience in event planning project programme draftini;
2. Experience in participating in digital projects;
3. Have good cross-departmental communication skills;
4. Accept frequent travelling within Zambia.
