ROLE PROFILE
Title: Master Data Analyst
Reports to: Expansion Support Manager
Location: Kigali, Rwanda

Role Purpose: To ensure BBOXX systems are working flawlessly in our new markets (B2B) customers. A B2B customer will mainly be an operator in a specific market/country using BBOXX operating model with BBOXX products, systems and services. The Master Data Analyst create dashboards that provides live audit on systems usage. A successful Master Data Analyst will be able to detect and communicate any unexpected behavior from B2B customers or from the systems themselves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure BBOXX systems for new B2B customers
• Write testing scripts for new system roll-out
• Execute test scripts for each roll-out and share results
• Perform audit of B2B customers behavior in BBOXX IT systems
• Communicate around results and mitigate any issue/misbehavior detected
• Developing processes, tools and documentation to improve the customer experience
• Troubleshooting issues and working with the development team in London to resolve these

REQUIREMENTS

• Advance proficiency in configuring & using ERP Systems (min 5 years’ experience)
• Aptitude to very quickly and completely grasp BBOXX’s operating model and solution offerings
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel a must
• Experience working with Power BI
• Excellent listening, communication and problem-solving abilities
• BA/BS/MA/MS degree
• Able to use English as business language is a must. Fluency in both English and French will be an advantage
