JOB DETAILS:
Overall Mission of the Role:
• This person will be responsible for the daily work of the mechanical section in maintenance department, and establish for the plant the standard management system of Huaxin Group of equipment and maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement regulations, inspection and assessment system for comprehensive machinery equipment management.
• In accordance with the company’s production and development planning, formulate departmental work objectives and plans, and maintenance KPIs, planning, analyzing and reporting.
• Organize the analysis and treatment of production equipment accidents.
• In accordance with the Huaxin Group process, responsible for the management of the company’s fixed assets and the declaration and implementation of capital expenditure projects.
• Overall responsible for the company’s machinery and equipment management, to ensure an effective equipment maintenance plan and efficient operation of the maintenance system, to support the maintenance of equipment, overhaul plans and implementation, equipment history records and analysis, spare parts management and other related maintenance activities.
• To develop and improve the computerized maintenance management system, organize the implementation of regular and fixed-point fault diagnosis, analysis and prediction for all types of production equipment of the company, and develop emergency plans.
• Comprehensive plan and organize the company’s machinery and equipment maintenance work, and coordinate the resources in departments within the company to achieve the highest efficiency and equipment operating efficiency.
• Responsible for the career management of departmental staff, improve staff skills through training, incentives and other measures, and guide staff’s personal development to support the company’s development.
• Use new technologies, new means of processing, new products, new materials to improve the operation of equipment, the quality of equipment operation and maintenance efficiency.
• Supervise each position to conscientiously perform their job duties, coordinate professional cooperation, and ensure the normal operation of the management system.
• Performs any other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications, Experience and skills required:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 – 5 years hands-on experience in a process industry.
• At least 3 years of maintenance work experience in cement plants with daily production capacity of 3000T/D clinker or above.
• Ability to communicate, read and write proficiently in Chinese will be an added advantage.
• Should be a registered member of EIZ
• Good knowledge of Safety rules and regulations
• Computer literacy, especially CMMS
• Problem solving methods and tools (Root Cause Failure Analysis, Risk Analysis).
• Understanding of cause and effect relationships.
• Ability to learn through formal training and work related experiences.
