JOB DETAILS:

Reporting to the Head - Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Banking (MSME), the jobholder will have the responsibility of being the key point of contact for all micro-lending activities with the major shareholder, supervise the activities and work of the Direct Monitoring Agents (DMA), ensure timely reports and remedial actions on loans showing signs of stress by proactively engaging clients and the Bank's management as well as ensure monitoring and on-going reviewing of the portfolio performance of the performing book.

Skills Required to Undertake the Role:
• Proven working experience as a Loans Officer.
• Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices. Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software.
• Analytical skills.
• Listening skills.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Grade 12 School Certificate or the GCE Equivalent.
• Degree in Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• or a
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
