It shall be entrusted with supervision, monitoring and to ensure the implementation of issues relating to the promotion and protection of Natural Resources in programs and activities of all national institutions.

Job Readvertisement: Mineral Traceability Officer
Job Description

• Receive and manage traceability data from Mineral Field Officer;
  
• Disseminate mineral traceability materials and equipment
  
• Monitor the compliance of mining licenses in traceability scheme;
  
• Monitors traceability activities on site, usage of tags, performance of Mineral Field Officer on site.
  
• Participate in the allocation of mineral Field Office;
  
• Collaborate closely with mineral chain of custody stakeholders
  
• Handle complaints that arise from traceability scheme;
  Job Profile
  A0 in Geology, Geography, Project Management,
  Business Administration, Management
  Key technical skills and knowledge required:
  
• Extensive knowledge of Rwanda mining sector
  
• Good knowledge of government policy on
  Natural Resources;
  
• Knowledge of the Natural
  Resources sector policies and issues;
  
• High analytical skills;
  
• Report writing and presentation skills;
  
• Computer Literate;
  
• Coordination, planning and organisational skills;
  
• Collaboration and team working skills;
  
• Effective communication skills;
  
• Time management skills.
  
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and French; knowledge of all is an advantage.
