JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
To monitor and evaluate programmes and projects implementation in order to provide appropriate information for decision making.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate formulation and review of M & E documents in order to provide a framework for effective programme and project implementation.
2. Conduct monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of programmes and projects in order to provide appropriate interventions.
3. Facilitate the development of bankable proposals to ensure financial sustainability of National Technology Business Centre.
4. Manage an M & E Repository to facilitate safe storage and retrieval of information; and
5. Prepare and submit M & E Reports for Decision making.

Qualifications And Experience
• Full Grade 12, with at least five credits, which must include Mathematics and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in either Economics, Statistics, Developmental Studies, or related field from recognized institutions.
• Master’s degree in any of the above-mentioned fields or Monitoring and Evaluation will be an added advantage.
• At least 5 years’ work experience in a similar position.
