JOB DETAILS:
A leading Distribution Company in Lusaka is expanding and looking for motivated and qualified individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Distribution Representatives (6)
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively engage with customers to promote and sell products
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and market trends

Minimum Qualifications:
• Certificate in Sales or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales
• Must be licensed to drive a manual motor vehicle

2.Sales Supervisor (2)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management
• Train, mentor, and support the sales team to ensure consistent performance

Minimum Qualifications:
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field
• At least 5 years of industry experience
• Must be licensed to drive a manual motor vehicle
