JOB DETAILS:
• Homepro Enterprise Zambia Ltd is a subsidiary Sunda international manufacturer of Softcare baby diapers, Sanitary pad and Twyford tiles.
• We seek to recurit the following positions:
Administrative Officer
Duties:
1. to make claim on Oa and refund to the department
2. make report on Petrol Top-up Record, Soft Drinks Dispatch Record, Food Record, Electricity and Water Expense Record, Rent Record, Air Ticket Record
3. Timely Ticket purchasing and other neccessity purchasing or claim from warehouse
4. Quarterly accounting on fixed-asset in office
5. Other assistance work in Admin office (incl. paper work, cash management, vaccination, society survey, team activities scheme)
6. good working attitude & satisfaction
1. Bachelor degree or higher degree from college, university or institues is a must;
2. Good skill in computer, espcially in MS office suite is a must
3. Experience in admin work is a prefer
4. Highly self-motivated is a prefer
5. Good communication skills and logic is a prefer
6. Critical thinking is a prefer
Customer Service Officer
Duties:
1. Provide customer service
2. Assisting in the day to day marketing activities when they are away in the market
3. To support all the overall marketing objectives of the company both internally and externally
4. Provide support in ordering preparation and ushing of customers through the payment procedure and issuing of goods
5. Persuade and guide customers through buying of goods
6. Resolve queries from customers
7. Make follow ups on the delayed payments and cheque
8. Send Weekly reports
Education Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Good skill in computer, espcially in MS office suite is a must
3. Experience in admin work is a prefer
4. Highly self-motivated is a prefer
5. Good communication skills and logic is a prefer
6. Critical thinking is a prefer
Sales Officer(FMCG)
Duties:
1. Marketing of company products
2. Creating market platforms for new clients
3. Maintain a good relationship with clients and
4. Meeting monthly targets and working in teams
5. Persuade and guide customers through buying of goods
6. Create, build, and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
7.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
8. Any other duties assigned
