JOB DETAILS:
• The Head Office Supervisor will oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency The successful candidate willcbe based in Lusaka, looking after a number of safari camps in the National Parks.
• Candidates must demonstrate a strong Sales and Financial background.

The role requires a broad range of skills and experience which include:
• Oversee the finance and admin team to ensure compliance and business planning
Oversea the sales team to ensure targets are met
• Develop and maintain the company marketing strategy
• Build relationships with travel agents and other sales avenues
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Wildlife conservation initiatives
