JOB DETAILS:

Objective: To create high-quality educational content and provide online tutoring services to the students/customers of Ngand Technology Limited.

Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Creating educational content in various formats such as videos, presentations, quizzes, and interactive learning modules, etc. The content should be engaging, easy to understand, and aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
2. Online Tutoring: Providing online tutoring services to the students/customers of the company. This includes conducting online classes, providing personalized guidance, and responding to students’ queries and doubts.
3. Curriculum Design: Developing and designing educational curriculums that meet the needs of the company’s target audience. This includes identifying learning objectives, creating lesson plans, and choosing appropriate learning resources in line with Ministry of General Education guidelines and requirements.
4. Assessment and Evaluation: Creating and administering assessments to evaluate the students’ learning progress and providing feedback to help them improve their performance.
5. Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members such as developers, designers, and product managers to ensure that the content and tutoring services are aligned with the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education or related fields.
2. Diploma may be accepted with 3 years of experience.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and team members.
4. Proficient in using online educational tools and platforms.
5. Experience in creating educational content and designing curriculums.
6. Passionate about education and committed to providing quality online tutoring services.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
9. Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the education sector.
