JOB DETAILS:
Hover Taxi Ltd is a new upcoming Taxi Ride Hailing Application that will offer Taxi Booking Services through the provision of the App. We intend to provide our services to different types of customers such as business men and women, Government and Private companies workers, Students, Tourists, Pupils and other interested travellers. In order to achieve our main objectives and vision of providing quality and affordable Taxi Services to our customers, we are looking for self-oriented, qualified and dedicated Zambian citizens to apply for the following job opportunity that is vacant at our Head Office in Lusaka.
Operation & Technical Assistant

Duties
• Manage hover App operation system
• Control the system movement of drivers and allocate customers
• Facilitate the registration of all hover drivers
• Monitor the movement of drivers online and assign all routes for customers
• Assist the customer care personnel
• Provide technical support to clients

Qualifications
• Certificate or Diploma in computer applications/Computer studies
• 1 year working experience

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
