• Position: Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
• As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various operational activities within our company. Your role will involve:
• Leading and managing cross-functional teams across Telecommunications, Renewable Energy, Site Maintenance, and Installations departments.
Developing and implementing efficient operational processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitoring and optimizing resource allocation to achieve project milestones and service level agreements.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction while maintaining quality standards.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and effective communication.
Providing strategic guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects and services.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in Telecommunications and Renewable Energy sectors.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the ICT industry.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience in Satellite technology will be considered a significant advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidate must be conversant with MS Excel, Word and Project
