Overview
Mac Staffing Solutions Limited (MSS) is URGENTLY looking for a professional and qualified Operations Manager to oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessment of financial procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Recording, reviewing and interpreting data to determine the effectiveness of operations
• Examining records, reports, receipts or other documents of the company to ensure the business is operating efficiently
• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards
• Provide support to all business units including administration, financial and human resource
• Execution of annual plan for client’s engagement meeting to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships
• Sending out employee & client engagement reports and ensuring issues are addressed and resolved
• Assist HR recruitments and retaining staff when necessary
• Approves all employee contracts as per agreed checklist
• Approval of core and outsourced staff proposals

Requirement & Skills
• Full ACCA or equivalent
• 8 years’ work experience in related field
• Not less than 2 years of audit experience
• Taxation experience
• Strong understanding of accounting regulations and internal controls
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity and attention to detail
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
