Responsibilities:
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our engineering and operations teams to achieve strategic objectives. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:
Increase daily average production output and energy efficiency Improve plant equipment and machinery reliability:
• Lead the installation and commissioning of upgraded plant control systems
• Oversee equipment maintenance and root cause analysis
• Drive the implementation of Capex projects.
• Generate and analyze weekly and monthly operations reports
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies

Qualifications and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Certificate in Project Management
• At least five years’ experience in feed milling technology and manufacturing processes
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
