JOB DETAILS:
• A reputable organization in lusaka is seeking to recruit: operator technician to be based in lusaka
Qualifications:
• Grade twelve (12) school certificate
• Craft certficate or high in mechanical engineering
• At least three years of experience in cigarette manufacturing
• Exposure to filter/cigarette making and packing enviroment is advantageous
Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for a processing line
• Responsible for machine maintenance and repairs of the processing line
• Responsible for achievement of daily production targets on the line
• Responsible for product quality on the processing line
• Ensure that process waste is capped within the stipulated limits
• Managing a team of subordinates
• Conduct reconciliation of daily production
• Make Reports to the Factory Manager
