Role Profile
Position: Parts Sales Executive
Location: Kigali

Position Overview
• To drive business growth through aggressive customer acquisition & customer retention;
• Achieve set targets in volumes, Profits and increase overall market share
Key Position requirements:
• Prepare daily customer visit schedule & visits - Look for new prospects garages, stockists (Field sales) and submit report at the end of the week
• Receive parts requests from customers – timely and accurate attendance
• Parts identification – timely & accurately
• Capture and record all lost sales – prepare daily listing for warehouse supervisor’s compilations
• Own stock management (Daily checks)
• Manage all quotation requests – timely, correctness and completeness
• Handle web, email, phone, walk-in inquiries
• Increase customer base and sales – spin-off quotes into sales
• Follow up on debts – manage nil overdue
• Cash handling and maintain the account day by day
• Review and discuss weekly, activity and productivity reports with the Parts Manager
• Monthly Reports – Own New customers, market trends, new stockists, garages, Margins, Debtors, Budget tracking, etc
• Protect and develop the existing dealers and/or clients through continuous relationship building and customer services programmes
• Review actual business against set targets – analysis, countermeasures and action plans
• Local market survey (Parts availability and pricing)
Minimum Education:
• A degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Basic Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales (preferably Automotive related)
• Working within a multinational organization with fast-paced requirements.
• Business acumen/commercial knowledge
• Working with advanced Business ERP’s
Competencies:
