JOB DETAILS:
The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure exceptional customer service and on-time assistance to all passengers/guests as per the departmental standard operating procedures and QHSE norms. Furthermore, to attend to guest queries and concerns, and provide guidance as required.

Responsibilities
• Responsible to ensure smooth operations at the reception desk and update the system with guest details
• Meet and greet guests and provide guidance on lounge facilities
• Attends to all customer queries and concerns raised either in-person, through telephone, or email
• Ensure public announcements in the lounge for reminders, flight-related information, boarding, and other important information
• Ensure timely reports and communication with other departments/agencies
• Check food products for quality and expiry date and ensure compliance with regulations
• Plan and control to ensure food and beverage orders are taken and served on time
• Record and maintain stock of the promotional materials and operation stocks
• Ensure a clean and organized environment and maintain overall sanitation

Qualifications
• Diploma in a related field, Bachelors’ degree preferable
• 2-3 years of similar experience
• Knowledge of airline, lounge & hospitality and related systems and applications, food safety and standards
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
