JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
To work closely with a pharmacist to ensure the health and safety of their patients.
Responsibilities
• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications.
• Maintain accurate patient medication records.
• Manage and organize inventory of pharmaceuticals.
• Prepare sterile intravenous medications.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and hospital policies.

Qualifications
• Diploma in Pharmacy Technology or an equivalent qualification recognized in Zambia.
• Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Zambia (PSZ).
• Knowledge of local and international pharmacy terminology and medications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of local languages.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
